About Us

Joanna Tolhurst

Principal Mediator
Joanna is our Principal Mediator. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She has specialist training in property mediation, high conflict mediation, child-inclusive practice, trauma-informed care, and family violence.

Joanna brings a calm, practical, and compassionate approach to helping families resolve conflict and focus on their children’s well-being.

Outside of mediation, Joanna loves hiking in nature, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with a good, binge worthy TV series (don’t we all!).

When unavailable, Joanna works with a trusted network of accredited FDRPs who uphold the same professional standards and commitment to serving our clients.
